This is the 4th laminate floor we have installed. The quality is lacking. I am very disappointed. We bought 1,100 sqft and many of the board have damaged tongues and groves. There is also lots of debris that must be picked out of the groves in order for it to go together. We were given 4 boxes of damaged boards and told to use them for the ends. They really are so damaged they can't be used at all. I have tried to get them replaced but keep getting the run around. I was told it would cost me $15 to have move floor shipped to the store.
